Ordering
Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll enter a shipping address, select a payment chain, and receive a unique USDC deposit address. No account creation required.
No. We don't have user accounts. Each order is identified by a unique order number. Save this number to track your order status.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting support with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature.
Payment
USDC (USD Coin) is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. It runs on multiple blockchain networks. You can purchase USDC through exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken, or swap for it on decentralised exchanges.
We accept USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, and Starknet. Each chain has a different gas fee — Starknet offers the lowest at $1. Make sure you send on the correct network, as tokens sent on the wrong chain cannot be recovered.
Orders must be paid within 24 hours of creation. After that, the order expires and you'll need to place a new one. The payment page shows a live countdown.
The payment page polls automatically every 10 seconds. Once your USDC arrives at the deposit address, your order status updates to "Paid" and we begin processing. Confirmation times vary by chain — typically a few minutes.
We don't process refunds to crypto wallets. Blockchain transactions are final, and processing reverse transfers introduces security and operational complexity. For eligible issues (damaged, lost, or seized shipments in guaranteed regions), we provide replacements instead.
Shipping
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union. All orders include guaranteed delivery with free reshipment if seized or lost.
Shipping is a flat $60 USD worldwide.
Yes. Orders with 5 or more items receive 15% off the product subtotal automatically at checkout.
EU and UK: 5–10 business days. Australia, New Zealand, and the US: 7–14 business days. These are estimates — actual times may vary based on customs processing.
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the exterior.
Buyers are responsible for compliance with their local import regulations. All orders include guaranteed delivery — if your package is seized, we reship at no cost (one replacement per order).
Products & Quality
All products meet a minimum of >98% purity as verified by HPLC analysis. We test every batch before listing.
For $100 per order, you can add independent US lab certification. A third-party laboratory tests your specific order for purity, identity, and contamination. The certificate of analysis ships with your order.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 2–4 weeks. Protect from light and moisture. Products ship with cold packs for temperature stability during transit.
No. All products are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or as dietary supplements.
Returns & Replacements
Contact support with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a full replacement.
