1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, household use, or as dietary supplements. No therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal claims are made or implied for any product.

2. Buyer Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are purchasing products for legitimate research purposes only and not for human consumption or any unapproved use.
• You assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You will not resell these products for human consumption or misrepresent their intended use.

3. No Medical Claims

We do not make any claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for therapeutic use. Product descriptions reference published research and preclinical studies for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site should be construed as medical advice.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are made in USDC (USD Coin) via supported blockchain networks. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible by nature. Orders must be paid within 24 hours of creation or they will be automatically cancelled.

Prices are displayed in USD. The total amount due includes product cost, shipping fees, network gas fees, and any optional services (such as lab certification).

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting support with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, refunds to wallets are not provided. See our Returns Policy for details on replacements.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery to EU countries, Australia, and New Zealand is guaranteed. If your order is lost or seized by customs in these regions, we will provide one free replacement per order. Delivery to all other regions is on a best-effort basis, and we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or seized shipments.

7. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns of opened or used products. For damaged shipments, lost packages (in guaranteed regions), or verified quality issues, we provide replacements or store credit. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.

8. Customs & Import Regulations

Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their jurisdiction. We are not liable for any packages seized by customs authorities outside of guaranteed delivery regions. We make no representations regarding the legality of importing these products into your country.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Peptide Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Peptide Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe products are not being purchased for legitimate research purposes, or where fulfilling the order would violate applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
