Quality & testing
How we handle product quality
This page explains the quality layer behind the catalogue: what gets checked before a batch goes live, what documentation exists, and when the optional independent lab certification matters.
Batch-first release
Products are listed against batch-level quality review, not generic catalogue claims.
Documentation trail
Quality records are tied to the lot so support can resolve issues against something concrete.
Extra verification available
The optional US lab certification adds independent third-party confirmation at the order level.
What documentation exists
Batch purity summary
HPLC purity result, batch reference, test date, and pass/fail release note for the production lot.
Identity confirmation
Compound name, target mass / identity check, and the internal release control used before listing.
Independent certification add-on
Optional third-party US lab test for the order, added at checkout when extra verification is required.
This is an operator-grade explanation page, not a public dump of batch files. Support can route specific documentation requests against an order or batch when needed.
Testing and release flow
Batch received
Each incoming lot is logged against the product listing before it is made available for sale.
Quality review
Purity and identity documentation are checked before the batch is cleared for release.
Order-level option
Buyers who want an extra layer can add independent US lab certification for the order at checkout.
Support escalation
If a buyer has a quality concern, support can review the order, batch references, and replacement path.
Optional independent certification
At checkout, buyers can add independent US lab certification for the full order. This is separate from the standard batch release process and exists for buyers who want an extra trust layer tied to the shipment.
- Applied once per order, not once per vial
- Designed for buyers who need extra third-party confirmation
- Useful when the order is part of a higher-stakes research run
If something looks wrong
Include the order number, the issue, and photos if relevant. That gives support enough to check the shipment, trace the batch reference, and decide whether the right path is clarification or replacement.
