AU, NZ, UK, US, and EU orders are supported with flat-rate shipping.
Guaranteed delivery
If a package is lost in transit or seized, it is reshipped under the order terms.

These are estimates based on typical delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and regional conditions.
Guaranteed Delivery
All orders include guaranteed delivery. If your order is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will reship at no additional cost.

- Replacements are typically shipped within 48 hours of approval.
Packaging
All orders ship in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding, logos, or product descriptions. Packages are designed to protect product integrity during transit, including cold packs for temperature-sensitive items.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided when available and will appear on your order status page. Not all shipments include tracking, depending on the destination and carrier used. You can check your order status at any time using your order number on our order tracking page.
Customs & Import
Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their region. Research chemical import rules vary by jurisdiction. We do not make representations about the legality of importing products into any specific region.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your destination are the buyer's responsibility.
