Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments are made in USDC on public blockchain networks. Blockchain transactions are inherently public and recorded on-chain. We store deposit wallet addresses and transaction references as needed for order fulfilment, but we do not store your personal wallet address or attempt to link your identity to on-chain activity.

Data Retention

Order data is retained for 12 months from the order date for operational purposes (processing replacements, handling disputes). After 12 months, order data is purged from our systems.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Shipping carriers — your shipping address is shared with our carrier to deliver your order.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Data Security

Shipping addresses are encrypted at rest. Our infrastructure uses standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted databases, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion — ask us to delete your order data at any time by contacting support with your order number.
• Request your data — ask for a copy of the data we hold about your order.
