Product Details
Modified analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) fragment 1-29, with amino acid substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 to improve metabolic stability. Also known as CJC-1295 without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex). Acts through the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs via the natural pathway for GH release.
The four substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) reduce enzymatic degradation, extending half-life from minutes to approximately 30 minutes compared to native GHRH. The no-DAC version produces pulsatile rather than sustained GH elevation, more closely mimicking physiological release patterns. Combined with ipamorelin, the GH response is synergistic through convergence of GHRH-R (cAMP) and GHS-R (calcium/IP3) pathways.
The pulsatile release profile is preferred in much of the research community as it more closely mimics natural GH secretion and may produce fewer desensitisation effects. The ipamorelin + Mod GRF 1-29 combination is one of the most well-established research peptide protocols in the field.
